So i have a hard time staying asleep at night. I have tried 3z before and i like it. Problem is its expensive. Sp can i take 2 caps a nigjt instead of 3? Or dlesn anyone know where i can get it cheap? Cheapest place i can find is 20 us shipping?

App nut and AI are products i wanna try.But they are both a bit pricey.Plus with the hghup u need atleast 2 bottles though,at minimum

i was actually gonna bring up hghPRO too.. dude its killer stuff. i actually had better rest on that than 3z. not to mention the added benefit of boosting gh.
