GXR or 7-OH
Probably showing my ignorance here, and my newbiness, but is it appropriate to compare GXR with 7-OH (taken orally) in terms of helping to reduce fat? Or is the difference that GXR is primarily geared to shuttling nutrients to the muscles whereas 7-OH is more 'fat loss'?
I was thinking of using GXR for either leaning out or during bulking, but then I read a bit about 7-OH and it seemed interesting.
Any help would be great
Also can either or both be used at the same time with CEE?

In a way they both help. The 7-oh helps lower cortisol stopping fat build up in certain areas, while increasing natural t3 to help burn fat. GXR shuttles nutrients to the muscles instead of to fat, which makes it easier to lose fat.

thanks snakebyte.....yeah I'll definitely try GXR, which I will also stack with...now just have think about whether I should bother with something like 7-OH or something else ( ?) on top.
My diet's in order, and so is my training and cardio, but I have a tendency to accumulate fat around the waist when I try to bulk unfortunetly, whch is what I'm trying to get rid of at the moment after bulking up a bit - Sesathin and Phenogen did not work for me whilst in calorie surplus. I should have used them at maintenance to drop by BF% lower.

Actually on the avant boards sledge was talking about using the 2 together synergistically. You might try doing a search there...

Still wondering if it's ok to use them with creatine, and also I forgot to ask if there are any side effects

Thought it was meant to shuttle into the muscles and not fat, but this is a question for sledge, i dont know enough about it to really get into it.Originally Posted by meathead1987

Even if it is not tissue specific, it still should assist in weight loss by keeping blood sugar levels low and steady, especially if taken w/ sugary meals.
