Probably showing my ignorance here, and my newbiness, but is it appropriate to compare GXR with 7-OH (taken orally) in terms of helping to reduce fat? Or is the difference that GXR is primarily geared to shuttling nutrients to the muscles whereas 7-OH is more 'fat loss'?
I was thinking of using GXR for either leaning out or during bulking, but then I read a bit about 7-OH and it seemed interesting.
Any help would be great
Also can either or both be used at the same time with CEE?
