A must try trick for those using I-Force Nutrition Hemavol!!!

    CRITICALBENCH HEMAVOL TRICK

    Hey guys,

Please check this link, CRITICALBENCH HEMAVOL TRICK! it's a post I made in the I-Force section a long time ago. It got great reviews and to this day, I still continue to get tons of PM's from members saying how well this worked. I just decided to post this, because when I logged on this morning, I had two PM's from separate people asking about this.

I am only posting this here, not to brag about hemavol, but I know a lot of people use it as it gets talked about, and don't visit our separate sub forum so they would never see this. I just want to give everyone who enjoys hemavol, a chance to see this, and maybe try it, as it works great for me.

    Mike

I wanna try Hemavol/RPM... I think it would be slick. Uncap the RPM and swish it all back. Yeah boy.

I also made a "mistake" one day with my Hemavol... I usually dose and drive to the gym asap. Well one day I dosed, and my roomie invited me to Buffalo Wild Wings for all you can eat boneless... I couldn't pass it up, and BWW is right next to my gym.

So I stuffed myself and then proceeded slowly to the gym. I piddled around a little while letting my food digest and then hit the weights HARD. I got the best pump I've ever had from Hemavol that day and the workout was excellent.

Mike I am forever thankful for that thread. I had no idea what a pump was before using that trick!

I would have been so sick, but its all that salt!! I know guys who do a TABLESPOON of salt pre-workout.. now thats a freakin lot! lol

A lot of guys do that before stepping on stage.

For some reason, I only thought salt and the simple sugar candy was the only part of that. I must have skimmed it before. I'll try the whole thing at some point.

The salt IMO, is really the big part, but I have always preached Food Pumps + Blood Pumps compare to nothing else.. drastically far superior. A pump without carb swollen muscle bellies, just is not a pump. Push yourself into ketosis, flatten to nothing, and eat all the salt, gms, nitrates, etc. you want.. and pumps still suck. Most people have some fullness to their muscles on a daily basis, but a supersatured carb muscle belly with pump products is what seals the deal.

Many AAS, like superdrol forcefeed carbs to muscle cells, thats why there is such drastic weight gain in a short people of time on dry hormones.. dry hormones cause the best pumps typically .

The candy, is just something I found to explode veins 5 minutes prior to stepping on stage.
