Just joined this forum, lots of awesome advice. I am Transgendered which means I transitioned from female to make. I'm looking for some supplement advice. I've been working out 1.5 yrs got some good gains and I currently cycle creatine. Take OP 100% whey. And vitamins. I'm pretty well knowledged in exercises and such but I'm always too nervous to experiment with big stuff but I'm looking into pre workouts and bcaas. Things to advance my muscle gains and my performance since I'm kind of behind in life.
