Curcumin to Lower D-Aspartic Acid Risks?

I'm not a scientist and my English is bad, but I wonder if Curcumin would be a good partner for DAA? Besides being anti-estrogenic (...or at least known libido killer), if I understand correctly Curcumin could also prevent the feared brain damages linked with DAA...?

Prog Neuropsychopharmacol Biol Psychiatry. 2011 Jun 1;35(4):931-8. Epub 2011 Jan 1.

Curcumin enhances neuronal survival in N-methyl-d-aspartic acid toxicity by inducing RANTES expression in astrocytes via PI-3K and MAPK signaling pathways.
