Whats your favourite protein?

  1. Whats your favourite protein?

I use optimum whey usually vanilla ice cream or chocolate flavour.

  2. I use Whey Protein from ON but I also buy this 10lb bucket of IDS Multi Pro Whey for $80 and it's similar to ON. Can't go wrong with that price for 10lbs

  3. Nutra's whey was my favorite but it's always out of stock iForce Protean is a good mix of different high quality proteins.

  6. I always get Dymatize Elite Whey in a 10lb variety box. It has chocolate, vanilla and berry.

  7. I use steak and chicken. Steak is really my favorite protein. T-bone or Rib-Eye.

Can never go wrong with a steak! It's also my favorite meat to eat too but I think he's talking about protein powders lol. I don't rely on shakes; only 1 post workout. Other than that 5 out of my 6 meals are always whole foods. I have a few bodybuilding friends who are apart of the NPC don't even drink shakes cuz they said that 100% whole foods make your physique much harder and muscular. My friend eats 10oz tilapia and 2 cups white rice post workout. I use my 1 shake cuz of the simplicity but if I could I would eat all 6 meals with real food.

Honestly feel this way too. I am pretty picky about which ones I use. I will say I do also use Isoflex and Beverly's UMP and Muscle Provider.

Just got some Protozyme on sale as well so about to see if it is up to par with my high standards.

  14. I don't use the same whey consistently. There are several I rotate between.

  15. I've been using ON Gold Standard for 5 months now. I haven't really looked into others but always willing to try a new one out.

  16. I used to eat Lamb but that gets expensive and I'm not the best at cooking it. Buffalo is pretty good. Pork loin is ok too.

I see Ostrich every time I go to the supermarket but I don't know about cooking it right. It seems as though it may be difficult to cook right.

We agree in this , meat is the favorite protein of all times. Powders are just a yummy treat from time to time...but the best comes from food.

  33. No one mentions AllMax isoflex - it's expensive as hell I get it but.... The quality is always top notch . I've never had a batch that didn't look , smell or taste the same . It's the best iso IMO.
