quick question - when taking supps, what time range is considered pre workout?

  1. quick question - when taking supps, what time range is considered pre workout?


    for instance, say i'm taking all my carnitine pre workout - does that mean up to an hour before? 30 mins? 15 mins?


  2. It may vary slightly for some things, but no need to get overly OCD with most of these kind of suggestions. Anywhere from 45 minutes to right before hitting the gym should work.
