At your weight 1 cap per day will be enough.

If you want to translate the rat dose for humans, take the bsa number for rats, 6, times the mg/kg dosage. Then divide that by the bsa number for humans, 37, and multiply the result by your weight in kg.

If the human is ~140 lbs, this will work. Otherwise, another formula is needed. Also, the breed and age of rat can make up to a 100% difference in bodyweight between two groups of rats.

Its not a perfect equation, true. I'm not sure there is a definitive perfect equation, but it does translate well typically and is a commonly accepted method. At any rate, I believe it is a much safer route than people thinking they can just take a rat dosage and multiply it by their weight in kg.

Gracias sir. If you have knowledge of any other animal/human dosage conversions I'd be interested in that info. BSA conversion is the method I am most familiar with and generally use when finding my approximate dosages.

OP, sorry did not mean to derail your thread.

The conversation that took place just breaks down to 1 cap being all you need.
