Hey guys, from personal experience what weight gainers do you know of that don't contribute to acne?

never heard of a weight gainer directly contributing to acne before. and besides, gainers are just loaded with low-grade carb sources and are not the best way to put on quality lean mass; you're better off eating more whole food or making your own gainer (example: whey, oats, fruit, natural peanut butter)

if you're trying to build muscle you are ultimately putting your body in an anabolic state where your testosterone will be high. High testosterone = Acne (for most)
