    Now I Remember Why I Love PES and AnaBeta


    Started taking AnaBeta yesterday and I seriously woke up this morning and remember why I love it. Been dieting for the past month and usually after I have a night of eating ****ty, I wake up looking bloated and ****ty the next day. Last night, I had a nice family style dinner with a few friends consisting of meatloaf, lasagna, roasted potatoes, pigs in a blanket, and brownies, and of course many bottles of wine (I know, very random mix lol). Well anyway, I devoured an ungodly amount of food but had taken 4 caps of AnaBeta yesterday with 2 being before my big cheat meal, and I woke up this morning up 3 pounds but looking very dry and lean and full. I ****ing love AnaBeta lol

    I love how it's labeled a Muscle Transformation Agent w/o the fine print of an appetite stim. Whenever I run that stuff my boss would be puzzled (or irritated) at how many food breaks I would take during a shift at work.

    Glad everyone is finding out its true power. Awesome thing is, a year after we released AnaBeta the active ingrentient was shown to drastically increase testosterone levels as well...in a highly regarded journal.

    It just keeps getting better!

    Yea, its a little shocking that there are no negative sides with this supplement. And yes, I eat ***ty and end up looking like an actual diet champ, lol.

    Hey Natty, can you link to that study? Would love to read it.

    BTW, AnaBeta is the ****en ****. Felt like I had a mini-pump/fullness going on in my chest and back all day. Gotta love this ****, I forgot how great it is.

    Also, you can see if you use 4 AnaBeta per day you are actually using 4x the human equivalent dose. We dont go skimpy!

    On day 3 of AB Elite... Call me crazy, but I already see a difference. It's slight, but it's there... Not too sure how to explain it, other than I just look fuller in the right areas.

    Would ABE increase DOMs??? I'm still pretty damn sore from Saturday's workout, but I also mixed up my routine and threw some extra weight so I'm not sure what's at play. I do like the energy boost when taken with food though, I took my dose with a grilled chicken breast this morning and it woke me right up.

    Also it says only take a max of 6 caps in 24 hours... under what conditions would one dose 6 caps?? Would 6 be better than 4 or would there be sides?

    Ahh i read that. Also the efficacy were still prolonged from 7-15 days after discontinuation IIRC. Amazing stuff natty!

    How long can you run Anabeta? Is there a rec'd cycle time/break before repeating?

    if I go ass out on food, carbs especially ....I've used 5-6 a day, esp on a workout day where you also eat a lot. usually 4 is sufficient though.

    Hey Warbird, do take any meds for HBP or does ur BP just go up on AB ?? Once my Doc. gets my TRT where he wants it I have two bottles waiting to bo had. I am on meds for HBP, so I have to keep an eye on it....

    I take lisinopril for HBP, but only to keep me in normal/lower normal levels....w/o the BP med and not using anything supplement/PH/DS related I am right around normal...doc just wants me BELOW normal....but some things, like some DHEA products (esp DHT related) and anabeta jack me up about 10-15 points on each side. normally, w BP med, I'm 120-130 and 70-80....with the anabeta I'd be about 140 and 90 (maybe a few ticks more).....usually high dose hawthorn will mitigate much of the increase. but I notice its very short spikes, sometimes on low carb cutters I'll take no anabeta one day...BP normal...next day I take 4 of them....BP up about 10 points....so it can go up and down depending on if you take it and how much you take. You will be fine with it, just monitor your BP and see how much BP meds/hawthorn you need to take to be at "normal"....it will be a process and take some trial and error and lots of readings...but you will figure out how much you need to use in order to control the BP while on anabeta....

    you should know when you are eating like 4-5K cals heavy on the carbs....that would be an example of when to take max dosage. Other than a major headache from the BP spike when I take 5-6 caps, I get no sides (then again you may not get the BP increase at all........)

    Most should be fine with 4 caps per day. If you do go to 6 per day I wouldn't say there is a huge likelihood of negative effects, it just may not be necessary unless you are at a certain bodyweight or in certain situations.

    So your saying going over 4 caps ED gives you HPB, correct? So if you stayed at 4 caps then you experienced no HPB?

    I take creatine nitrate as my PWO and my BP is naturally low... You know how it goes, if 4 is great will 6 be even better? Just making sure I am not wasting my time with 4, but it sounds like everyone suggest staying at 4 for 2 weeks and then experimenting. Maybe the next time I eat a whole large pizza I'll try out an extra 2 lol.

    no unfortunately I get the HBP even at 3-4 caps....it just intensifies the more caps I take that day....but its always there. its not a HUGE increase, just bumps me to the top of normal bottom of "high" (140/90)....not terrible since its transient and does not last long....I can deal with it...if I am taking anabeta some days and not others like I am now? I don't even bother with the hawthorn....If i take 4 a day for 2 months straight ? (or more per day sometimes)....I def take the hawthorn since the BP will be chronically elevated....

    you hit the nail on the head lol.....4 is fine, but I ate a large pizza today just now....and about a dozen hersheys kisses for desert....needless to say I took 2 anabeta and 2 slin sane and 300mg of Na-Rala before eating ....when I eat more later? 2 more anabeta and 1 slin sane....if i eat again even later? probably 1 anabeta and maybe 1 more slin sane....cheat days....they are a wonderful thing especially with the "magic" formula of anabeta/Na-Rala/slin sane (or recompadrol) ........
