    Is my current stack safe (18 years old)?


    Listen, I've been eating out of my mind lifting harder then ever and gaining weight like crazy. I'm seirously going up 3-4 pounds a week atm because I'm bulking so hard.

    However, I'm a little worried about the supplements I'm taking at the moment.

    They are...


    T-UP BLACK

    Ingredients... (3127mg total per day)

    Sodium D-Aspartic Acid
    Massularia Acuminata
    Vitamin B6 (as Pryidoxine)
    Folic Acid (As Triamine)
    Vitmain B12 (as Cyanocobalamine)




    ERASE BY PES (50mg total per day)

    Androsta- 3,5 diene-7, 17 dione


    Testosterone Booster by Muscletech

    Ingredients...
    Rhodiola
    Ginko Extract
    Boron Citrate


    COMPOUND20 (3000mg proprietary blend per day)

    Symplocos Racemosa Extract (bark) (standardized for triterpenoids),
    N-Coumarolydopamine, N-Caffeoyldopamine



    I'm also taking a bunch of multivitamins, creatine monohydrate, creatine phosphate, creatine pyruvate, a whey protein with a bunch of amino acids, fish oils, magnesium, zinc, calcium...


    I'm eating a retarted amount of calories each day. I have no clue how many because I don't keep count but I am literally eating nonstop all day long.

    My strength increases are shooting up drastically, my libidio is up, I'm looking and feeling fuller, I'm gaining weight fast. No bad side effects other than sum back and chest acne so far.


    Am I taking dangerous supplements for my age????? Too many??? If not, I would love to add more stuff to bulk to my stack because I've never been progressing this quick before in my entire life.


    Comments, Concerns, Opinions are greatly appreciated. Also any new supps you recommend for bulking would be great thanks

    Nothing is really going to do you harm but I think you're just overdoing things a bit much. Working out, sleeping, and eating properly will get you 99% of your results. Spending all this money on stuff like MuscleTech test boosters and all these proprietary blends isn't going to help you progress very much at 18. Test boosters are better for getting someone's test back up to regular levels rather than peaking already high levels. DAA and Erase together is a great natty stack and it'll cost you a lot less money.

    Also don't go crazy with creatine. 5g of creatine mono every day is all you really need.

    the T-UP black has D-Aspartic Acid in it which is its main ingredient i think and im taking the erase at the same time as the t-up black. and hey, natural testosterone boosters can't hurt me so i don't see the problem. but what would you recommend to add to this stack to make my gains go up even faster?

    No point in overspending for the T-Up stuff really though. You can get 100 days worth of DAA from AI Sports Nutrition for about $25 and it'll be exactly the same. There's nothing special about the stuff you're getting now. You already get the Vitamin B6, B12 and Folic Acid in better doses in your mutli-vitamins anyway. Honestly at 18 as long as you're eating enough you don't really need this stuff to help you grow since it will mostly be negligible. That's why I recommended the just plain DAA and Erase stack which is tried and true.

    At your age just keep it as simple as possible and if you want to get technical then really dial in your diet. Just eating anything won't cut it. Actually figure out what macros you are getting each day and learn what amounts work to make gains. Do this now and later on things will be much easier.
