Fructose - Beneficial As PWO CHO?

    Fructose - Beneficial As PWO CHO?


    I have read a number of articles that discuss the negatives of fructose - especially that it does not efficiently raise insulin levels. Even some of these same people have mentioned that they prefer mixing dextrose with a high GI fruit juice. Can anyone help me out with this?
