I'm thinking one and a half Dex, Oneand Two TT33 upon waking. Half of a Dex and TT33 mid-afternoon. And one Revamp before bed.
Or should I take the morning combo and The TT33 and Revamp before bed?
I'm also doing intermittent fasting. My last meal is like at 11pm, and I don't eat again until noon the next day. I train in the evening, before my final meal.
