I was wondering if anyone here thinks that a Paleo diet would be good to do on a bulking phase. I have heard that the Paleo die increases testosterone is this true, has anyone had blood tests done to confirm this?
This is only a personal opinion, but there seems to be far too much emphasis on timing and protocols for bulking. As long as your calories are in a surplus and you feel that it's beneficial for your own individual physiology, there shouldn't be an issue with bulking on paleo.
There's no problem with bulking on paleo. I've done it.
