One upon waking pre-workout then one then one then one?
you're supposed to take 2 pre-WO (first thing in the morning in your case).....then 2 with the next whole food meal following the workout....sometimes I take 2 Pre-WO, then one before eating later and one before eating at night....or the standard two before the meal following the workout if its a larger meal....I also WO first thing same as you do.....
Do I have to take them with food or can I take them fasted, work out fasted, then take the next two with my first meal of the day, being my post-workout meal?

Either dosing would work fine for you, but for the sake of simplicity i would dose 2/1/1

What I did with the OG anabeta is 2 pre workout (fasted) and then 1 post with my 3:1 carb to pro drink, and then 3 hours later I had the last dose with a regular meal. Seemed to best fit my needs.
I do fasted, first thing in the morning 2 caps pre-WO (no real choice there since I don't take anything with calories pre-WO).....then I take the next two 20-30 minutes before the meal I will be eating.....if I forget? I take them during or post eating ....shyt happens!.....It does feel funny taking anabeta on an empty stomach pre-WO and then eating no real carbs for hours on end after that....but hey, seems to work....
I would take 2 upon waking then 2 with a meal with some carbs, just seemed to get a bit better results when taking it with some carbs .
