    Two immediately upon waking pre-workout then one then one?

  2. you're supposed to take 2 pre-WO (first thing in the morning in your case).....then 2 with the next whole food meal following the workout....sometimes I take 2 Pre-WO, then one before eating later and one before eating at night....or the standard two before the meal following the workout if its a larger meal....I also WO first thing same as you do.....

  3. Do I have to take them with food or can I take them fasted, work out fasted, then take the next two with my first meal of the day, being my post-workout meal?

    Are you taking OG Anabeta or Anabeta Elite?

  8. What I did with the OG anabeta is 2 pre workout (fasted) and then 1 post with my 3:1 carb to pro drink, and then 3 hours later I had the last dose with a regular meal. Seemed to best fit my needs.

    If you work out fasted, i would probably do 1 pre, 2 post, and 1 later in the day.

I do fasted, first thing in the morning 2 caps pre-WO (no real choice there since I don't take anything with calories pre-WO).....then I take the next two 20-30 minutes before the meal I will be eating.....if I forget? I take them during or post eating ....shyt happens!.....It does feel funny taking anabeta on an empty stomach pre-WO and then eating no real carbs for hours on end after that....but hey, seems to work....

    yeah like I was saying it seems wrong to take it w/o carbs....but pre-WO is the only time I take it w/o carbs, I adjust the AB dose according to my carbs each day while carb cycling.....with pre-WO at 2 caps on an empty stomach being the only constant....today I'll get 150-200 grams of carbs so I'll take the full dose of 4 caps....yesterday I took in double digit carbs so I took only the pre-WO dose, and if I did not WO I would have taken maybe one cap with the highest carb meal. There are days I take 1 or none on non-WO days where I take in 50-70 carbs....

    One main benefit of taking it with carbs is users notice that instant gratification from 1 dose. There is so many ways to use it that you really cant go wrong
