  1. My products just arrived - Wonder to dose them?


    I just recieved my order:

    Intimidate
    Erase Pro
    Anabeta Elite

    How much and when will best to dose these products?

    Sorry if my english is a little off


  2. Intimidate 1 cap before bed

    Erase Pro 1 cap upon waking

    Anabeta Elite 4 caps spread throughout the day on training days 1 cap before workout and 1 with postworkout meal

    Thats how I would do it.

    Erase Pro 1 cap with your first meal
    Anabeta Elite 2 caps pre workout 2 post. On non workout days 4 caps spread throughout the day.

    Thats a great stack have fun

    erase pro 1/day in AM or 1 E/O/D if joints are an issue with low estrogen.
    intimidate 1 cap as you hit the pillow if sleep issues take it pre workout

    anabeta elite 2 caps pre workout 2 caps postworkout WITH FOOD
    days off the gym AE spread through the day

  8. My opinion:

    If you are running an 8 week intimidate cycle (2 bottles), start the EP on week 4 or 5. Gives the intimidate time to fully kick in and you might not be able to make an 8 week run of ep. If the joints hurt too much, switching to eod dosing might not alleviate the problem.

    Just what I learned on my last run. I just restarted intimidate this week and will begin ep on week 5.

    Ep is powerful!

  10. Hi again, thx for all the answer. Now already at the second day, I have some pretty noticable DOMS from my backexercises, which I usually doesnt have. I wonder if it can be from the Anabeta, and if its good or bad ?

    Thx for answering. It actually goes alot better now. I feel the DOMS ealier than I use to, but it also dissapears again much earlier. I think that is very good thing. Furthermore I have begun to feel a pump a little bit more than usual, and it feels like I have alot more endurance. I was a little sceptical to begin with, but I am starting to belive that these product will actually make a difference.
