    Gut health

For the past couple months I've been getting sick to my stomach. Not sure why but at least once a day I need to throw up. It's hindering my eating and lifting and wondering of gut health will help. Or any other suggestions? I get it after I eat or just randomly while lifting.

Is it after eating something, has your diet changed? Maybe you are allergic to something but GH is a probitic in that it helps absorb nutrients in your system and in time will help with food borne illness

No, just chicken fruit salad and steak. It's really terrible. I'm not allergic to any foods... Unless protein is the problem ha :/ so maybe gut health for 8 weeks?

Regular nausea could be something minor (allergy, diet, sleep patterns, etc) or something more serious, so it would be best to consult a doctor if all of a sudden you are throwing up once daily.

Gut Health has helped many have a smoothly operating GI system, everything from lactose intolerance to insane farts. A quality probiotic like GH could certainly help your situation, based on the cause, which at this point, is quite ambiguous. Best to get it checked out, IMO.

What other symptoms do you have? Just so people can help more.

Throwing up doesn't seem like something a probiotic would help.

had the same thing happen to me a while back, this is what I did and no problems since. Took some prilosec for the recommended 14days and switched my protein over to the new myofusion with the probiotics, I'm sure Gut health would give the same if not better results. About 10 days into it is when all symptoms stopped and I finished up my prilosec and kept on the probiotics for 2 months total. Could give this a shot, although depending on how severe it is it maybe wise to get yourself checked.

Probably would say to have it checked out by a doc first and then if he gave you the thumbs up give GH a run

Are you throwing up or just feel like it? It could be immune issues, bacteria, virus.

Talk to a doctor if you have been throwing up every day for that long. Don't try to fix it yourself

Gut health will help the Immune system as well as the other mentioned benefits.

I strongly encourage you to see a doctor, what you're experiencing is not normal, and if you haven't changed your eating habits, or added something unusual to your diet, then you should consult a doctor just to be safe.
