Hey guys quick question. Fisrt off been lifting on and off mostly off since highschool but have been goin hard since january. This last january i weighed in at 145lb ish and have a pretty good grasp on how to workout from pft class and military school etc. Ive always been in decent shape never been fat im 25 now. 180 5 10 maybe 12/bf.? Have four abs showing feels like about a half inch of fat covers my lower abs. Ive always been big on supplements my favorites being no2 black and creatine along with fish oil multi zinc and of course a couple diff kinds of protein. Tried some things in highschool i probably didnt need like fizogen on cycle and on cycle blitz and 3 6 17 androstenetrione test booster. Last month, after a bunch of reading about supps/roids and stuff i decided to get my feet wet with a daa3g a day and formadrol extreme at 3 caps a day. Daa was a couple hrs after i woke up and formadrol one with daa dose one before gym last one around dinner time. So i did the daaform for the last month and had good results cut bf quite a bit and strength went up very slightly agression alpha male feeling and chasing the girl around was a very nice bonus. So i finished the bottles and have another bottle of form and daa but i was wondering how effective these would be on an 8 weeks run or should i just save the extra bottles for down the road and take a break or cycle off these supps? Would it benefit me to keep running it or is it one of those things that lose effectiveness after four weeks. I have notived im not really making as much "progress" on it as i was around week 2 and 3. Ive heard a few diff opinions already some say to run triazole and bioforge for a month then hit up the daaform again but should i just take a break instead?
