So I run a recomp diet at right around 5,000 calories. I'm 6' 1 and 210 lbs. Roughly 12 percent bodyfat right now. Only supps are syntha 6 and creatine. I want to add 5-8 leans lbs. of muscle, but get around 7-8% bodyfat. Going to add Yohimbe and Arginine to my current regimine but I need something to give me that bump in mass and kill some fat. Any suggestions?
