    In who's opinion?. Personally, I just pick my own favorite brand and don't really care what anyone else thinks at all. If you like that brand, than stick with it. I like ON also but I don't always stick to one brand. I like their Pro Complex a lot better than gold standard though.

    depends what time of protein you are looking for. IMO, it doesnt matter. supplements only contribute so much to results.

    I like ON Pro Complex.....but go with what you like. Whole foods are the best. Even when I make a protein shake I usually use half cup of egg whites and half cup of milk and about 3/4 scoop of powder. I get over 10g of protein from the egg whites and its prolly better for me. I do plan on picking up a tub of iForce VMS bc it tastes GREAT!! Lol

    It's good, has a nice bcaa dose...I've been using it off and on for a long time. Can't think of a powder that mixes better in oatmeal.

    It's just a brand. Don't look at that, look at the ingredients and Nutritional Facts.

    protein = amino acids

    BCAAs are not a selling point in a protein powder product

    ON is my second go to brand. My favorite as far as quality has to go to Protein Factory Bio-Fresh whey isolate. You pick your flavor and sweetener, plus they have zero added garbage like sugar carbs etc like others do.

    It tastes great though! It has to be the best tasting. Any one tried nutrisport whey protein isolates? It's not bad

    Anybody know of a company that actually produces their own whey? Seems like that might be pretty cool, leave out the middle men. Especially if they turn alot of it, might be consistently fresh.

    My favorite company/ brand is protein factory. I love their HUGE selection of protein and their Bio fresh whey is very pure. 28 grams of protein out of 30. Two things that suck though is: vanilla flavored tasted very iffy ( though chocolate was amazing!!!!!) And shipping is expensive! ! Like 10 bucks! -------- I find that expensive because with 7 dollars you can get whey concentrate ^_^

    This is probably a dumb question... but its OK to mix egg whites in raw? I always cooked my whites and never thought about adding them to a shake before!

    I use pasteurized egg whites. I get 4 pints for $6 at Sam's Club. I've actually made my son a shake with the egg whites and you can't even tell. I got the Magic Bullet for Fathers Day and have been making crazy shakes. Half of a banana, half cup of plain Greek yogurt, 3-4 raw egg whites, half cup 2% milk, and one scoop of Pro Complex taken with one cap of ALA for breakfast. Its awesome.....sorry for the little tangent!! Lol.....just buy pasteurized egg whites and you will be good.

    And that wasn't a stupid question, I wondered the same thing myself and even though its relatively safe to eat raw egg, I'd rather be safe then sorry. JMO ...

    it's totally subjective as to what the best brand is in terms of protein. depends on your dietary needs, if you want a blend or pure whey, etc.

    personally I like optimum, but also use Protean (taste is too good to pass up and the macros fit my diet perfectly; red velvet and vanilla mint for the win lol), and use XF UP 2.0 (lemon cream pie is awesome) too, but also like to get protein from whole food sources too.

    I do the same. Except I put vanilla almond milk. Delicious! I put 6 egg whites and one whole egg as well.
