Do I take too many Vitamins? If so, which one's should I drop?

  1. Do I take too many Vitamins? If so, which one's should I drop?


    I walk around feeling like a old man with health issues cause I got more than a handful of vitamins in my pocket hahaha



    Morning:
    1 cap Primal Defense Ultra
    1 scoop of Endoamp Max


    Protein Shake
    containing
    extra virgin coconut oil 1 tablespoon
    3 grams of beta alanine
    Psyllium Husks 1 tablespoon
    maca root 1 tablespoon
    half of cup of kefir
    protein
    blueberries


    Breakfast:
    2 caps of Plant Enzymes
    500 mg Vitamin C
    2 caps of Ubiquinol = 200mg
    2 caps of Magnesium Glycinate = 400mg


    Lunch:
    2 caps of Plant Enzymes
    500 mg Vitamin C
    B complex
    2 caps of Magnesium Glycinate = 400mg
    1 cap of Se-Methyl-Selenocysteine = 200mg
    1 cap of Sensoril = 225mg


    Pre workout:
    2 scoops of XTEND
    (which I stopped cause it kills my stomach, I think im sensitive to Surcolose or whatever the name of the sweetener they use)
    1 gram of Creatinol-O-Phosphate
    5 grams of Citrulline Malate
    6 grams of Taurine
    200 mg L-Theanine

    Dinner:
    2 caps of Plant Enzymes
    500 mg Vitamin C
    Handful of Fish oil
    Zinc Picolinate = 50mg
    1 cap of Sensoril = 225mg
    2 caps of Magnesium Glycinate = 400mg
    Vitamin D


    I'm also planning on adding

    MSM 1-2 grams
    Rhodiola Rosea 240mg
    Shilajit Fulvic Acid 250mg (when I take my CoQ10)




    Let me know if im over doing it, what should I add and/or change.

    Great Question that I always ponder. My aim is for better health and I assume taking the vitamins I take will help that, does it? who knows, It's not like I feel like Superman or im immune to Mad Cow Disease now...



    If it was up to you which ones would u eliminate from my list

  4. Increase COP dose to 2g minimum.

    Your choices are actually pretty good, but I'm not sure I agree with the doses.

    Lower magnesium, lower zinc (400mg, 30mg).

    Don't just take a handful of fish oil, take 2-3 epa/dha daily. Don't use vitamin C periworkout. Taurine can be reduced to 50mg/kg BW. Not sure I'd use theanine preworkout unless combined with caffeine.

  9. yah u keep takin that much zinc ull hit a copper deficiency i take 50 mg a day 1.5 table of maca powder 3 fish/salmon oil pills and thats mostly what a person needs but i would drop most other stuff and take my amino acids cretien agmatine and maca already has enough copper in it so dont worry about takin copper if u take zinc and maca

  11. L theanine would ruin my workout.. i use it post workout to calm down.

    All the other stuff you use is fairly similar to what i use. I just use a few more things. I think you are fine if you research and come up with better dosages.
