It is the cortisol control agent in the anabeta elite. There are multiple short-term fixes:

Switch your multi to Orange Triad
Pick up some SNS Cissus XT
    Get some NOW Celadrin

    Or all of the above
    http://pescience.com/
    http://selectprotein.com/
The above is my own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of PES

I have severe arthritis in shoulders & in neck. Super cissus has helped a good deal. There's also HEET, DMSO, & good ol' aleve. Heard joint force was good but haven't tried it yet.

coop gave good advice and you may also consider tapper down on Erase to maintenance mode, if you're using Erase Pro and you still get dry joints use it every other day, you should be able to enjoy it w/o suffering

I take the original erase /2 in morning upon waking b4 workout then one after bed. I assumed this was a good way to dose.... It seems more intense today for some reason of course I went super hard on biceps today. Could it be the abe taking its hold in me aswell???

Sometimes its just the weather that kicks my ass. If its cold or very damp & raining, my shoulders & hands cramp up somethin fierce.

Erase is no joke. As such, it can adversely effect your joints as stated. I stick with one capa day and Im on TRT

I only did 2 a day & i saw good results. I stacked it with igf2. Cant say for sure if you would notice anything except less joint pain by lessening the dose.

Try Joint Fixx Texas. It's actually been studied (the primary ingredient) and has actual evidence in humans showing relief.

I'll send you a bottle free if you post a review once you finish the bottle.

I'm taking Usp Labs SuperCissusRx right now. Joint pain is diminished somewhat but definitely not gone. One day I'll be pain free but the next day, not so much. I don't know maybe I'd have more joint pain if I was off of it but I just don't know right now. I'm about 3/4 done with my bottle.

As bad as this sh*t hurts I'm glad! I don't slow down either, I let the pain motivate me! I'm actually really excited to post a review on the product! I'm going to take the same dose that I've been taking because I want to truly rate the product with the condition that I'm in now. Lowering the dosage would only make the condition subside. Thanks again Royd!
