Supplements for stroke victims?
Just curious, my uncle suffered a stroke due to a blood clot. Im wondering for extra benefits if any general supplements would aid in the future in combo with diet changes, cardio etc

CoQ10/Ubiquinol
PLCAR for heart; L-Carnitine for other purposes
Creatinol O Phosphate
Niacin
Selenium
