Curious if anyone has used this combination and had an onset of headaches?

I haven't had any cramping/bloating issues, just a low grade dull recurrent headache ever since I started using them about two weeks ago.

I'm using 1.25g of tta and 500mg of rk. Thanks for any feedback.

Using TTA without added Carnitine and Electrolytes is asking for a miserable time, though 1.25 g/day isn't a lot.

It is the TTA, not the RK. Water, electrolytes, and lowering the dosage to 1g max are your best bets.

The above is my own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of PES

That and a bit of ALCAR/PLCAR/LCLT IMO.

    Thanks for feedback.

I Google'd about this and came across a thread on another forum where someone conjectured that headaches could be from cramping in neck/jaw/head muscles. Seems interesting, though probably unlikely.
