    N.O pre-workout boosters..

I have been taking "six star N.O. Fury" for 3 days now.. and I have increased lift weight during workouts significantly.. I went up 15 lbs on dumb bell press.. about 25 lbs on flat bench... And I was wondering if this is safe.. I am at the point that it is difficult to move because I am really sore.. and I have had to stretch all day because I am getting stiff.. has anyone else experienced this??? Is this what's supposed to happen??

Your just sore because you are lifting more weight than your body is accustomed to. It is not bad to be sore just make sure you give the sore body part enough rest before training it again. And yes it is a safe product, but there are alot better ones you could use besides that.

3 days? Perhaps you just had a really intense workout...more than you normally do. Give it a few weeks so you know it is actually the product.
