When have you guys found compound 20 to be most effective dosing wise? Just like it calls for, breakfast then 6-8 hrs later? Right before workout? And what type of diet yields best results while taking this? Lots of complex carbs seems to support this product, which confuses me because this product is to help get ya lean. At any rate I'm doin my normal "good" diet with tons of protein and carbs such as brown rice n oatmeal. What's your experiences and advice?
