I've done some searching around and some people say stay away others say go for it. I've really been wanting to give Orange Triad a shot but I've been hesitant about the Joint Complex. Any thoughts?

I'm allergic to shell fish so I'm real careful about certain ingredients.

I'd pass it up personally. Why? Because this is something you will be taking every day, multiple times a day.

Source Naturals Life Force Multiple is a good alternative.
