I just noticed that beta carotene is listed as an ingredient to add color to the powder in Jack3d. Does anyone think there is a risk of getting too much and having skin problems associated with high doses of beta carotene if one were to take three scoops per day?

What skin problems? Carotenosis is benign and reverses itself when consumption of super high levels of beta carotene is stopped. It also doesn't have the toxicity problems associated with active forms of Vitamin A.
