hi at the moment i am using CE2 from MRI and RAVAGE from GNH as well as L-Carnitine (GNH). I take the CE2 and L-C in the morning on an empty stomach. then i take the CE2 and Ravage 45min before my workout. i weigh about 130 and i'm 6 feet (180cm) tall. i have done a lot of bodybuilding when i was younger but i am overweight at the moment. the plan is to grow muscle while losing fat. do i have a good combination or am i losing the plot. when i trained in the past i did not use anything except aminoliq because in south africa where i was there was not much else. i currently live in oman and all we have here is GNH so that is where i am at. your input will be much appreciated!
