They are quite effective, but don't listen to that obvious ad copy you posted. It's not a miracle.

I used to have good results using SNS RK-500. I think RK is very solid for fat loss.
-I was always on a very strict diet while using RK.

well i have found that Premium powders has them in stock on a few websiteslike ************ and offer 100mg per capsule and 90 capsules in each container for 20$. i have heard people stack them with their thermogenics and using caffeine and having jitters, Water intake being very neccessary and important,

I think I may have RK covered. I use DCP, chew thermogum, and wipe RK's on my body with Eviscerate/Abliderate Advanced. Maybe Matt will make Raspberry K eye drops?

It's basically just a supplement. It wont work miracles, but it can help you speed up your metabolism slightly. If you combine it with green tea extract and CLA, you can loose some weight a little faster as the keytones and the other supplements help metabolize fat. You have to take a big does and for a few months before you notice them working if you take them alone. More than half the supplements Dr. Oz recommends on his show he only markets because those companies pay him and the network a fat sum of money to do it. If you really want to lose weight you have to eat 4-6 small meals a day, eat virtually no carbs except for sweet potatoes, brown rice, and fruits. Avoid breads and wraps unless they're wheat or whole grain, even then one slice a day. Don't eat 2 hours before bed. You have to exercise a lot more and combine cardio of 3-5 days a week with a weight training regiment.

LIke anything else, it is a supplement. I used it in my stack to get ready for contests this last year along with Dexaprine and TT-33. I thought that RK helped, but make sure that your diet is in check.
