    I'm 32 6 foot 6 and weigh 350 lbs, i am trying to lose about 50 lbs and tone up. What supplements could i take to help me along? im in the gym 4-5 days a week.

  5. I have been eating light about 1400 calories per day. A couple protein shakes a day also

    cals way too low....and within 1400 cals and a couple shakes a day most of your pro comes from powder

  9. Your calorie maintenance is about 3.9k so we will round that out to 4k. For fat lost that would put you at about 3.1k calories a day or for more of a extreme fat lost that would be about 2.8k.
