I'm 32 6 foot 6 and weigh 350 lbs, i am trying to lose about 50 lbs and tone up. What supplements could i take to help me along? im in the gym 4-5 days a week.
Your calorie maintenance is about 3.9k so we will round that out to 4k. For fat lost that would put you at about 3.1k calories a day or for more of a extreme fat lost that would be about 2.8k.
I would change your calorie intake to about 3-3.2k a day and then work from there.
