Taking these two together would this be overkill on cortisol control?

A buddy of mine ran the two and absolutely loved the stack. He had minor joint issues though, Im sure a quality fish oil could solve that. Just aim for 2-3g combined EPA/DHA daily.

I would not take them together personally. You want to lower cortisol not eliminate it.
I agree with this statement.
Moderation, especially in terms of this kind of supplementation, is important to consider, as is balance.
The point of many supplements that manipulate estrogen and cortisol is to reduce it, but not to levels that present unhealthy or uncomfortable side effects like those related to the joints.
I would also look into SNS Reduce XT if you're searching for a cortisol control product - it is almost the exact formulation of the original (and my favorite) LX and is an outstanding product available at an extremely economical price.![]()
iFORCE NUTRITION REPRESENTATIVE
iTRAIN. iCOMPETE. iDOMINATE.
Theyre both competitive inhibitors of cortisol, so theyre fine to be stacked.
