    Best for belly fat

I've tried most supps and I burn fat everywhere but my damn GUT. I'd list them all but it's A LOT. I've been swimming for years and do cardio to the max. My diet is pretty clean. Im just looking for some suggestions one what you think is the best idea to help me out. THANK YOU

And I use to do hundreds of leg lifts a night, with weight. All that did was make my gut look bigger. It basically gained muscle and pushed the fat out farther.

again, you cant spot loose fat unless maybe a transdermal applied to the abdomen works (ive never tried). OEP, Alpha T2 are solid fat burners. Raspberry Ketones are nice as well.

There is no magic number. Everyone digests/metabolizes/assimilates carbs differently.
    Trial and error

Let's get some basics so we can help you:

    Height
    Weight
    Bodyfat %
Current macros (protein, carbs, fat intake)
    Training regimen
    Cardiovascular activity
    Approx age

yeah i have found sugar goes straight to my stomach so if i limit any sweets, gatorade, stuff like that, then it works until i need to cut

EC + Lean Xtreme/Reduce XT will get you lean with a good diet, but like people above have said, you cannot spot reduce fat. Where body fat comes off of a person first/last is dependent on the individual

    EC + eviscerate smolder + c-bolic

X-factor advanced plus Glycerol mono + LCLT wouldnt be a bad option to throw into whats already above if you are extremely desperate.

If that doesnt work there would have to be something wrong with your diet, cardio, and or workout regimen.

If it's visceral fat, there isn't a whole lot to do.

That being said raspberry ketones, cortisol blockers and alpha yohimbine together would assist in the removal of hormonal fats.
