    tta 500 dosage


    What is the maximum dosage for tta 500 without side effects? Currently taking 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 before dinner.

    Wouldn't ever go above 2g/day...and most will do best at 1-1.5 g/day with little to no sides reported...just keep water intake high...

    Ive done 3/g a day and no sides, but didnt notice much either.

    Going over 1g a day is really a waste. Most studies show there is little to no more benefit at a dosage above 1g.

    Eh, from what I've read, no studies really have been conducted at above 1g, but yes, benefits seem to follow a slope that mimics Mikhailis-Menten kinetics. 1g daily for up to 2 months is recommended.

    For what it's worth, I've done anywhere from 1g a day to 3g a day, and honestly I feel the 3g does work better than the 1g, and at least for me, I kept my salts high so cramping was never an issue.

    I'd say go for 2g a day, these "studies" for TTA at 1g a day was a safety analysis, for those that have found studies for higher than 1g supplementation to human models, care to post? Never found any after alot of research...

    I've been doing 1g am 1g pm.. might back it down.. not trying to cut.. just trying to limit fat gain post contest, post cycle, etc.

    I don't either. I'm currently dosing my TTA between 1-1.5 g/day. No adverse sides that I can notice.

    Not really, but its hard to say. I take a mild diuretic, Hydrochlorothiazide daily. I do not notice a difference when i start or stop tta though.

    I tend to hold a little, but the amount really isn't large enough to matter. It is pretty cool when the water drops once you stop taking it and BOOM I'm twice as vascular and seeing great lines.

    Taking 1g in the morning and 1g around dinner time or before bed. At this dosage if i don't get enough water i get horrible muscle cramping. This is actually a blessing in disguise as sometimes i really slack on my water intake. Really forces me to get it all in.
