How many grams or mgs ofshould i take a day and when are the best times to take the doses?
1) All first thing in the morning.
2) Split dose in the morning and pre-workout.
3) Only pre-workout.
4) Pre-workout and post workout.
5) Any of the above plus before bed.
It is a very versatile supplement and I suggest you try several different dosing schemes and amounts to find what is optimal for you and depending on what your goals are at this time. I personally use some in the morning after I wake up and some before bed (I also do not use it solely to increase pumps, but taking it in the morning still provides me some pretty incredible pumps even when I workout later in the day).

You guys missed a big one...with a high carb meal.
I usually take it pre-workout. 1.5g. I get mine for 12 bucks a pop so i figured what the hell.
I do know there is a arginine nitrate and agmatine product pre-workout in the works. Not **** someone else.
I take 1gm a day

PS - Mr Cooper knows his shxt on Agmatine... he gave me a fair warning about taking too high of a dose while fasting... the other day i took 1g before leaving the house because I was planning on getting some ****ty food while out running around. Made one stop before hand and ended up at the store for an hour... shortly after about an hour I actually felt extremely close to passing out. Like I was afraid to walk for about 5 minutes holding on to a rail. Then I got to the checkout and some stupid people were talking to the cashier and taking forever... my rage flew through the roof cause I thought I was going to bite the dust and hit the floor... I immediately left and got the first food I saw... Mcdonalds and I was then much better...
Stuff ends up being no joke! Im only taking it on high carb days that for sure!
On a side note, I took 3g of agmatine split into two doses, am and preworkout. Pumps were sick and vasculaity was much more pronounced
