Fast metabolism. Help !

Guys i need some help. I've been training for 3 years, only compound exercises.
I'm an ectomorph and i have a ****in fast metabolism. I eat approx 3000cals / day and i managed to gain 13 pounds in 3 years.
Im 22 and 132 pounds.
It's there a substance or herb who can lower my metabolism ?
Should i eat 3 big meals or 6 smaller meals thoughout the day ?

How tall are you?. If 3000 calories isn't doing it then eat more. Gradually add calories each week till you start gaining.

I can't eat that much. :( already have digestive issues cuz i have a small stomach.

So you are .7 feet tall?. I have to say that is really short. If you want to gain you are gonna have to eat more. Small stomach?. What?. Do you have an actual medical diagnosis?

You have to eat more, no way around it. Drink whole milk with each meal, put olive oil in all your meals, etc

No i don t have a diagnosis. I'm just...small.
should i spread my meals in 3 or ....more ?
Are simple carbs good for me ?
I eat only complex carbs, protein and healthy fats.

There is much controversy on that. I don't think it makes much of a difference as long as you get your calories in. It may make a difference by keeping you blood sugar levels stabilized for diabetics. Six meals might make it easier for you to eat enough calories.

idk how valid this is, but i heard eating 4 very large meals instead of 6 - 7 smaller meals slows down your metabolism

at your weight, it doesnt matter right now, as long as you EAT. get on a website that tracks your daily intake. sure it isnt 100% accurate but it gives you an idea of what your getting each day. you need to eat between 3k - 4k calories/day

what should i eat besides Oatmeal Pumpkin seeds, milk, casein protein, brown rice, nuts, eggs ? Are there any "must haves" missing ? :D

Thanks for the help guys. I've got one more problem: If i don't go to the gym 3 days / week i don't have appetite anymore. Its that normal ?
A couple of weeks ago i got some cold and stayed home a week. NO APPETITE. I coulda stay all day without food.

Yes i understand that but its this loss of appetite normal when i dont lift ? ( besides cold )

Chicken, beef, pasta, oats, peanut butter, breads

Yes i understand that but its this loss of appetite normal when i dont lift ? ( besides cold )
If I don't lift, I don't feel hungry. Also, going to the gym that day gives me motivation to eat
