On the suntheanine for 2 days now. I am going to give this more time to work, as I am only using 100 mg of it each day. Nothing extraordinary to report, but will check back with hopefully more results.

So I wanted to keep you guys posted, I started the Suntheanine 4 days ago in conjunction with some Endo Amp. I am really suprised to say that I have already noticed a difference. Improved mood and hardly any social anxiety, I just wanted to keep you guys in the loop.
Nice! The thing I love about l-theanine is that it really has no feel to it. You just get into situations that you normally would dread or have anxiety over and you find yourself not really caring. You aren't slow or "deadened" mentally, but just comfortable in your own skin. I'd say that it actually makes you sharper mentally because of that.
On another note- I've been taking the 120mg of Gaia rhodiola in the morning for the last 4 days and it's the sweet spot. I don't notice any stress reduction or anxiety reduction, but one capsule at 6am keeps me going until 8pm and I actually had to take a valerian last night to get to sleep. Insane energy boost for me.

I haven't noticed anything in regards to calmness, but the theanine takes care of that. Also, when I am mentally sharp, it lessens the anxiety because I am not cloudy or pulling from multiple thought patterns.

ALA gave me bad headaches. 5-htp is great before bed, but I take dopamine (macuna) for the daytime.
does anyone remember NeuroBalance like 3-5years ago? That was such an AMAZING supplement for anxiety. It was liquid phenibut but the delivery was different with no-side effects and i never really noticed a tolerance, altho I was very careful cause if how expensive it was and how great it was. now i see guys posting 5 supps for anxiety lol before it was just neurobalance that's all you needed.
