I use Oxy Elite Pro and Raspberry Ketones. I also take NSAID for arthritis in my shoulder and multivitamins and MSM Glucosamine and Condrotin (however it is spelled)

Now i can not lift for a little while, due to just having surgery on my left shoulder but I am currently training for a 5k and 10k race.

My question would be, can I use Jak3d and Yok3d with these to help me get a little more out of my runs till I can lift again?

YOK3d will enhance vasoregulatory function and thus your ability to run. Jack3d will not unless sprinting.
