Anyone got anything to say about stacking these two? I'm running PLCAR 2x 1g a day and ALCAR 3x 1-2g a day.
I'm currently a month into stacking them, totally loving it at the moment! at boxing is great, constantly feeling energetic all day long.
Curious to what kind of antioxidants people are using to the free radicals from the ACLAR. Dosing organic wheatgrass powder 2x 10g a day along with and coconut oil.

These two supplements are fantastic, great choice. I stack 2g plcar with 1g alcar daily. Check out geronova-licensed Na-R-ALA. In addition to being a damn awesome nutrient partitioner, it is the antioxidant of choice for alcar.

Very good point regarding anti oxidant consumption while on ALCAR
Glad I am stocked up on Lipid Stabil as well as the now discontinued NOxidant.

so i just got some bulk PLCAR/ALCAR today.
ive taken ALCAR and read about all the different forms of carnitine before but since just receiving some stuff i wanted to brush up a bit.
ive been taking LCLT the past month or so, gonna switch that to pre/post workout and PLCAR/ALCAR throughout the day.
is it best to take them separate or doesnt matter?
also regarding lipoic acid. im taking the liquid and capsule from geronova. i emailed them about the antioxidant being a nutrition repartitioner
but they told me there is no scientific data about that.
suppversity has an interesting write up about ALA, if you search alpha lipoic acid the first one that pops up.

I've been on ALCAR and LCLT for a while, but I have not been taking Na-R-ALA. Should I?
