    Hello all


    Good evening all
    Just wanted to say hi
    I have my first ever time at a gym on Saturday. So completely new to any type of training
    I'm 22
    5ft7
    80kg
    16 inch arms
    40inch chest

    I'm a welding engineer by trade so I do quite a lot of heavy lifting


    Just wondering. Do I start taking supps from day one. I will be down gym 5-10. 5 days aweek
    Or do I go all natural

    Welcome to the board bro...if i were you i would focus on getting your diet and workout routine nailed down and in check first. Being a beginner, i think all you need to be taking is a good multi-v, fish oil, whey protein powder and maybe some creatine. You’re going to want to develop a solid base before you start introducing a bunch of supplements into your body. Just my two cents tho

    I do lift heavy machinery at work.
    And yepo I lost like 4/5 stone
    Just by cutting down on fatty foods
