    I think you're missing an amino from the Xtend profile, unless the new one got rid of it (don't think so).

    And if dosed like that, how many servings out of each tub?

    I'd initially say go the Recover Pro route.

    Based on that, I'd go with RecoverPro and possibly not even load it with that much CM; thus allowing you to run the CM, again, with another tub or RP.

    I don't think that 3g would be bad at all, but I never really dosed CM separately, much. I'm sure some other guys (surprised no one else has come in here, yet) would have more opinions on that.

    I train for about 1 3/4 hrs which includes 20 minutes of cardio at the end of my workout and I feel like I can go another hour. I'm 54 yo and use to compete in powerlifting back in the day an still train the powerlifts heavy and hit the cardio hard. This combo works great for me.

    RecoverPro is awesome its usually at a great price somewhere and the taste it good in it. Just dose CM separately at sometime or throw it in your RP.

    I've also not used CM independant of it being added into a pre or intra...it's next on my list to add in....here's some info I pulled out of an article written by JRod...

    The minimum dose required for positive effects is 6 grams a day. However some studies have used doses as high as 18 grams a day with remarkable results. I personally experimented with doses as high as 15 grams a day and noticed more profound effect then when I was doing 6 grams a day. Nevertheless, 6 grams a day is enough to notice the ergogenic and health promoting properties of CM.

    Also, although Xtend has some added CM/electrolytes & goodies thrown in, I'd still prefer (due to cost) the RecoverPro/CM route...

    Yea ima stick with 6 grams, I felt a difference between 2-3 grams and 6 grams. Thanks

    Yeah I'd stick to RecoverPro, i've actaully stacked it with Protocol when money isn't too tight.

    Found the new formulation of Xtend to be way too sweet. Honestly I don't perceive it to be a good deal pricewise. Recoverpro is what, around 100 servings for around $20 more?
