    Well it starts this Sunday so as most of you know the supps are

    From what I've seen, not really. I don't really believe they would and since T2 could suppress your thyroid its seems pointless to take FL7 untiul after. I think its overkill for something T2 can do by itself.

    Nelson currently I'm about 20% so I need to knock of 40 to 45 lbs. It will but me in contest shape at about 205 to 210.

    Looks good to me, and I agree with Bobo about the T2, woudn't run FL7 with that (which by the way I'm using now and really like).

    Demon 49 grams of carbs is 5% of my daily calorie intake you msut be reading it wrong.

    I'm reading it correctly. Most people have a difficult time getting and staying in ketosis if their daily carb count climbs above ~30 grams.

    30g regardless of overall bodyweight/size? I thought the diet looked pretty good, looks like minimal carbs to me unless it's been altered from previous.

    That's why I stuck the "~" in there. Generally speaking, roughly 30g (and below) seems to be the magic number for a large percentage of keto dieters. It's possible that number can raise with significant ALA used with each meal.

    Nelson it s a 20 week plan.

    Yah I will be taking Rala with at least 3 of my meals. I was thinking around 400 mg to 600 mg a day.

    I can stay in ketosis with around 50-60g per day, but thats me.

    anyhow according to Fitday the calories are 133 for my carbs whcih kind of confuses me cuz I always thought a gram of carbs is 4 cals is it becuase a lot of my carbs are fibrious hence less cals.

    1st week update 9 lbs lost waist down 1.5 inches bf down 2%. Things are always good the first week though.

    Not too worried about bulk lol when it comes to contest cut is far more important I have plenty of mass. I have my work cut out for me to get cut though.

    These two cycles of T1 pro have done wonders I did my calculations and 1 am carrying 15 lbs more lean mass than I was last year which is pretty phenomenal. Oh and I lost another 3 lbs and half inch in two days since I last checked.

    Ok I was doing some additional reasearch and decided to wait more than 4 weeks since my last T1 pro cycle and wait 8 weeks instead and make it one 6 week cylcle instead of 2 4's.

    I had to make quite a few adjustments but I think everybody will really like them. I decided to add a 8 week cycle of boldione which I will start 2 weeks earlier in stage 1. I also decided to add some 3alpa (sitll considering this). I will use 3 bottles of 6oxo to recover as this is a pretty heavy cycle. Anyhow here tis.

    Stage 1 weeks (1-8)
    FL7 three squirts 2 X day (1-8)
    6oxo two bottles (1-4)
    Mild Eca 2 xenadrine a day (1-3)
    ECA 2 - 4 xenadrine a day (6-8)
    1,4 Andro 600 mg day (7-8)
    Tribulus 2 grams day(1-4)
    rala (1-8) 400 - 600 mgm day

    Stage 2 weeks (9-14)
    T1 pro 700 mg wk of 1 test 350 4ad (9-14)
    3 alpha 200 mg day (9-12)
    1,4 Andro 600 mg day (9-14)
    FL7 three squirts 2 X day (13-14)
    rala (9-14) 400 - 600 mgm day

    Stage 3 weeks (15-20)
    6oxo 3 bottles (15-19)
    ECA 2 - 4 xenadrine a day (15-20)
    FL7 three squirts 2 X day (15-16)
    SU 500 -> 1000 mg a day (15-16)

    Lost another 6 week 2 I was a bit surprised but it's not that unusual for a CKD waist is down another incch. Body fat down anotter 1.5%. The FL7 may be helping here, I'll know for sure next week.

    Ok I started taking 1,4 Andro 600 mg a day about 3 weeks ago and I definitely noticed that I was retaining even gaining weight on a significant calorie deficit. I upped to dosage to 900 a day and started the T1 Pro 10 days ago 250 a day 1 test 125 4ad. I'm up a total of 4 lbs over the last 3 weeks and my waist is down at least an inch. Pretty unusual behavior for a cutting diet on a 600 to 700 calorie deficit. I started cardio now just in case.

    I know some of the weight is water from the 4ad and there seemed to be a little water on the 1,4 Ando as well. Anyhow the strength gains are really starting to kick in and I am looking pretty huge so no complaints here.
