Raspberry Ketones only for cutting?

Would it be beneficial to use these during a recomp before cardio? I know a typical dose is 500mg twice daily, but for a recomp, would I just want to take 500mg once a day, or 1000mg off days (1 serving pre cardio and the other in the evening) while taking 500mg workout days? Or is it just a waste for a recomp?
 
interested in this. Have a couple of bottles i was going to use within the next month or so

I imagine that RK would be beneficial during a recomp, however I would go with something like ReduceXT instead because of it's cortisol inhibition.
 
As Hero said, they'd be beneficial, but there may be more beneficial items out there.


At the price of Raspberry Ketones (check out SNS RK-500), why not add them on a recomp.
