Would it be all right if after my workout I have creatine (fruit punch) with water.
Not necessary. You should throw a simple sugar in with it
Good recomendation. Storm has a few different kinds of creatine, including my favorite, MCC (magnesium creatine chelate.)It's a big more expensive than mono, it has a few different types of creatines.
Made by Universal it's called Storm take a gander at that.
Right. Good for non respondersGood recomendation. Storm has a few different kinds of creatine, including my favorite, MCC (magnesium creatine chelate.)
Magnesium helps with a whole bunch of bodily functions, and seems to work very well with creatine & strength.
Simple sugars shouldn't be necessary if it is fruit punch flavored. I'm sure it has sugar in the mix already. In my experience most flavored creatine drink mixes have tons of sugar in them. You should throw a simple sugar in with it
I didn't really think about that HahaSimple sugars shouldn't be necessary if it is fruit punch flavored. I'm sure it has sugar in the mix already. In my experience most flavored creatine drink mixes have tons of sugar in them.
This, this, this. Take it whenever you want. Not necessary.
OP, creatine timing does not matter.
The timing does not matter, your going to have to experiment with it, personally I get a stomache ache from powder. Ancient Strength or Powerchews Creatine are two products you might wanna keep in mind if you have the same problem.Would it be all right if after my workout I have creatine (fruit punch) with water.
Not familiar I know storm has it but not sure of the effects. I know mono works and CEE some like it some hate it.Good recomendation. Storm has a few different kinds of creatine, including my favorite, MCC (magnesium creatine chelate.)

CEE has been proven inferior. Not familiar I know storm has it but not sure of the effects. I know mono works and CEE some like it some hate it.
I went with Storm because u get so much creatine for a good price plus I figured different types the better
agreed, cee stinks!CEE has been proven inferior.
I'll be sticking with my MCC caps.
"Studies during the loading phase have shown creatine to be up to 36% more effective when taken with high glycemic index carbohydrates. That means you should take it with a carbohydrate rich meal. It's theorized that raising insulin levels by consuming simple sugars helps to better transport creatine and protein into muscle." copied and paste from an Internet site. But I always take my creatine with just about 15-18 grams of sugar after my workouts. I mix it with usually orange juice bc I enjoy the taste and it's like a treat or I'll grab one of my favorite snacks and eat it right after a workout also like a treat. It serves it's purpose and it's also like a reward for a good workout and it's a guilty pleasure that is actually helping me build muscle.I have bulk creatine mono. Should i mix with a sports drink + simple sugar? Im confused about the sugar thing.
No, take it at any time, 3-5g, and be done with it.I have bulk creatine mono. Should i mix with a sports drink + simple sugar? Im confused about the sugar thing.
agreed, the loading phase is crap and most things can be absorbed faster when in a depleted state when consuming fast digesting carbs and even free form aminosNo, take it at any time, 3-5g, and be done with it.
