A little cycle help.

Hi people, i have just started working out after 10 years. i started back in nov 2011. and would like a little help and info on the cycle i have put to gether. im gona stick with the recomended dose. ams 1-andro utt, decavol rd, and epi charrapal labs. its only gona be a 4 week job.
but i would like to know, what i cant take with these, and what not to take. would it be ok taking the ams pump fix, and creatine?
my diet is sound as. so just infor really one what i will or should expect to get from this cycle.

Don't you think you should at least wait until your natural gains plateau before jumping on some PH's? You say you just started working out after 10 years...You should have at least 4 months where you could expect to throw weight on all your major lifts every workout without hormonal assistance if you train hard enough

You can continue to take creaitne, beta alanine, and all the other basics. Remember to increase your protein intake while on a cycle.

I've heard it's good, unnecessary , or even bad using creatine cycle but most of those comments were made toward injections. I think it should be fine.

This. Max out naturally first, then use your hormonals for the harder gains.

im 5,10 tall. i know my own body. and i know no matter how much protine i take. or how good my diet. i will shrink in size i always have done. i used to be a professional thai boxer. and no matter how hard i train my body weight will always sit around 10 and half to 11 stone. i have already done a 1-andro utt cycle. and didnt notice any difference at all. so thats why im jumping right in. i basicaly just want to know if i will be just ok taking the milk thistle for the epi. as ams state both the decavol rd, dessolvable tabs and the1 andro aint liver toxic. and the other reason too. is becouse no matter how hard i train, my chest never gets any bigger. so cheers colbert for you info too.

If you aren't growing, you aren't eating enough. Plain and simple.


Too soon to start thinking about anabolics. Eat til it hurts. Then eat some more.

I was the same way for a long time. I graduated high school weighing about 150 pounds. When I worked out seriously, I always got stuck at about 170 pounds and couldn't seem to break that plateau. What helped was when I finally started tracking things and switched everything up. I started tracking my macros and caloric intake to know what I was really taking in on average. Then I increased it by a few hundred calories and trained differently. I started off doing whatever I thought was good. Then I started following specific programs, then as I became more experienced, I started knowing what I needed to accomplish and workout, and then incorporating basic principles that I had learned and liked.

For the other question, milk thistle is not enough. It seems like half the hormonals out there claim they don't have any liver toxicity. Granted the liver is very resilient, but they can still take their toll. Be safe. Liver Assist XT is a good product for that, so is Cycle Assist and Cycle Support.

i eat **** loads 5 to 6 times aday. im no amature to working out. and protine shakes on top

You may think you're eating a lot, but unless you're filling yourself til it hurts and still eating, then you aren't. You're stomach may not like eating the amount of calories your body needs to grow, but simply throwing a PH at it isn't going to help. While on a PH, you'll have to eat even more to make the most of the growth, then after you stop taking the PH, if you want any chance of hanging onto what you built, you're going to have to keep at a high calorie maintenance. You're stomach will get used to the large volumes of food. Make it hurt. Eat high density foods.

protine builds muscle not cals, and im eating like a horse. bro i can eat till im sick, im one of them unlucky people who no matter how much i eat or work out. just seem to stay the same size.

like everyone else said plus if you cant maintain your weight now how do you think your going to maintain 20 extra pounds? you will have to eat more the larger you get just to maintain what you have or you will just loose it in a few months.

ok bro im getting it. but some people are saying eat more carbs? and from doing alot of reading now online about prohormones. the extra carbs will be stored as body fat. the protine i have done to a T perfect. my diet is perfect. for lean mass. back to my maintaining it after. when i do put muscle on i do maintain it pretty well. but i dont know why. im one of those who can eat and eat and eat. with minimum gains. il get there in the end u guess.
im gona start taking the pro's next week. gon start first 2 weeks with just the 1-andro utt, and the deca vol rd tabs. then 2weeks in start on the epi. anything you would recomend stacking with the epi for the last 4 weeks? cheers. and il be eating like a bastuuurd all the way through. and gona dubble the protine intake if that will help. cheers

I love when people come ask for advice, and when they get a knowledgable answer (multiple times), they just do what they're gonna do. Best of luck to ya mate. These guys gave you some sound advice, but it wasn't what you wanted to hear? DIET is always the number one factor with muscle growth. I'll just sound like a broken record by repeating what these guys have already said, get your diet in line. Record what you eat and post it up here and you'll get tons of help with tweaking it. Save the ph run for later when you are locked in with macros. just my .02

im not saying you dont know anything. but i know just eating and eating aint gona do ****. i see people at the gym who eat eat and eat. and have probs looking the exess fat, bloating, and so on. like i said my diet is perfect. no offence. if you was going to do this exact cylce, write out how you would take it. what your diet would be. explain, with as much info as possible. hope you dont mind:)
