Irreversible aromatose inhibitor question

  1. Irreversible aromatose inhibitor question

Do these permanently destroy the targeted receptor? Or does the receptor start working again in the future after use of the ai has ended?

Suicidal AIs destroy the enzyme responsible for converting androgens into estrogens. Once the AI has been ended the body just creates more of the aromatase enzyme.

you guys need to create something that destroys the actual estrogen receptors in male breast tissue (suicidal or non-suicidal ).....then you'd be very rich men lol

This is the future of some breat cancer research, and we used that research to help find one of the ingredients in Erase Pro, which uses in situ inhibition of aromatase (E. alatus)

  5. Something that actually irreversibly destroyed estrogen receptors would be very bad. Estrogen is good, its just excess levels of it produce ill effect, especially to physique enthusiasts.

If they made a product that killed off all your estrogen enzymes or receptors .....they'd be in for a helluva lawsuit lol....as kevin said, we need estrogen to function....w/o it we'd be F'd, nothing would work properly....unfortunately.....

depending on how the "getting rid of it" goes .....i just might lol....and insurance WILL cover it, since I can prove I was given aldactone despite being prone to gyno (I was not asked if I was prone to gyno before being given this med)....i can obviously prove the gyno is there....so they would most likely have to foot the bill. But I got rid of the majority of it before....should be able to do it this time as well.....
