I've been peeping around here for a time. Thought I'd participate a bit. A little less lurking and a little more contributing.

After the holidays and all the family eating drinking etc I plan on starting my first log.

Soooooooo, come Jan I'm gonna start back with Anabeta + Erase + ghrp2 + lr3. First time using Anabeta/Erase. Should be interesting.

Of course my schedule with work will be crazy so workouts will be fit in as best I can. I should be able to get at least 3, 4 or maybe 5 days of lifting in per week on average but they probably won't be in a normal routine time and day. But do the best I can.
