I'll second the Optimum Nutrition rec. Great stuff, good price. If you do 5 grams a day it lasts more than a year.

Just look for the "Creapure" label on whatever brand you pick. It's a good guarentee the creatine is processed and refined the right way to be most bioavailable. Lotsa companies use it, AST, Prolab, ON etc.....

After all the hyped up BS that the comapanies put out for all the new volumizers, I forgot what actually worked cuz I was blinded with all the crap marketing. Sure, V12, Swole, etc, will give you more pumps, and maybe a rep or two more (at least that's all that it did for me) but regular creatine IMO is still king.

I just recently started buying EAS Phosphagen HP and I forgot how great this stuff really is/was...

At BB.com I got a huge ass jug of it for only 19.99. And most of all the stuff tastes great. Grape flavor tastes like that Big League Chew bubble gum that we used to buy when we were kids...

    I'll never swich back again...
