Bit Random... found the forum a while ago and asked a few questions took on board what was said and have returned with we more questions for anyone who is willing to answer advice me..
Never went for Pro hormones as adviced being a newbie so continued traing and taking a few different suppluments.. But are they working for me or is my hard traing paying off??
Was taking the creatin (trasporter 500) and continue to do so,added in a few la muscle cheaper range products. Testo pill and Musculator.
I continue to make small gains, I see muscle tone, slight bigger in size and have dropped a stone in weight.
can you take to many supps???
Got some PHD snergy protine which has a lot of ingrediants in it. also got some fat stripper which contains l-carnitne 100mgs now the Musculator has the same doseage. If I took both as dierected that would be 1000mgs plus what the protine shake contains..
What about Green tea?? drank gallons of the stuff, think its rotten so have started taking the caps..
I am 5.11 height and 13.5 stone in weight. 30 years old
My goal is to increase mass and tone my stomach, I dont look fat but have soft stomach. Been 11.5 stone 12 months ago but just looked to thin. Stopped smoking and put 3 stone on which was what made me hit the gym..
also I know this would be different section but if you repied about supps could you add comments about rest days.. how many should I have?? Should I cardio every day and lift weights so many or have full rest days??
